These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Teamtonic Inc. governing your use of the Teamtonic website, cloud services, mobile apps and any related products and services (collectively, the “Services”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services.
- The Services: Teamtonic provides a cloud-based collaboration and productivity platform, including tools for task management, team communication, file sharing and more. We may modify the Services at any time by adding, updating or removing features and functionality.
- Account Setup: To use the Services, you must create an account with Teamtonic (“Account”). The first user on an Account automatically becomes the Account Administrator. The Administrator can add additional users and control their permissions. You are responsible for all activity under your Account, including compliance with these Terms.
- Your Data: Any data, files or content uploaded or submitted to the Services is “Your Data”. You retain ownership of Your Data. You grant Teamtonic a limited license to access and use Your Data only for providing the Services, addressing technical issues, and complying with legal requirements.
- Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Teamtonic’s Acceptable Use Policy. Your Data and conduct must respect all applicable laws and third-party rights.
- Subscriptions and Fees: The Services are offered under a subscription model. Subscription fees will be presented when signing up and are payable in advance. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before expiration.
- Third-Party Services: The Services may allow integrations with third-party apps, products and services. Teamtonic does not control and is not responsible or liable for any third-party offerings you choose to use.
- Intellectual Property: The Services and all associated content, materials, trademarks, etc. are owned by Teamtonic. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
- Privacy and Security: Teamtonic’s collection and use of personal information is detailed in our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable security safeguards for the Services.
- Warranty Disclaimer: THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
- Limitation of Liability: TEAMTONIC AND ITS VENDORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR USE OF THE SERVICES.
- Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teamtonic from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
- Term and Termination: These Terms continue until your Subscription expires or is terminated. Teamtonic may suspend or terminate the Services if you breach these Terms.
